Dr. Mehta is a medical doctor who is an expert in analysing studies that look at diet and health.

In this series of videos, he shares his thoughts about how a plant-based diet can prevent, or even, reverse chronic health conditions.

What could be more important than better understanding how a plant-based diet, can result in a better quality of life and being healthier?

In this video, Dr. Mehta uses the results of medical studies, to breakdown the myths around the need to consume meat and dairy, in order to get enough calcium and iron. Amongst other things, he also talks about the evidence that shows bone strength is REDUCED by dairy consumption.
