ОтветитьWould you please correct the recipe on the website? It tells 227gm cream cheese and 3 large eggs, which is totally different from the ratios you used in the video, this gives a horribly runny filling, and eggy cheese once cooked.

ОтветитьThanks for this! It was a huge hit on Thanksgiving. I have made it four times and my result is never as fluffy as yours before baking but it is still impressive. Also I made an icing with the same ingredients as the filling but eliminated the eggs and flour.

ОтветитьThis recipe has been giving me trouble for some time now. I love cheesecake that's why I keep trying but somehow something always goes wrong. Most times what happens is that it ends up being too liquid in the oven. I have it there and I followed the instructions to the letter except I put two eggs, I figured more would make it less solid. Right now it's 13 minutes away from being there at the lowest temp for 40 minutes and it looks completely liquid. I hope after the 40 min when I place it on the fridge for a while it will be more consistent but I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if anyone has a solution. I love this channel and it has inspired me to bake things I never imagine I could. It seems this is the one pastry I cannot master

I made this Christmas Eve and then ruined Christmas with it. When we cut into it, it all leaked out. Your baking time is way off. When I check your written recipe, it’s entirely different (you’re supposed to leave it in the oven for an additional hour, with the oven turned off… very critical piece of info that your video did not include). There are also other discrepancies between your video instructions and written instructions. So bummed I picked your video to try out a Christmas dessert 😢
