It worked typing the time data until now when I uploaded a longer video (more than 2 hours video). I wrote the minutes and seconds in the description but there is no chapter created...What should I do?

I added chapters manually as described, unchecked "automatic chapters" (as I uploaded it with this checked) but the red line under the video has not segmented into the chapters I put in the description, even though the times are now in blue and are clickable links into where I have separated the video into chapters.
