what happens if the 3 , 2 , and 1 all slant to the power side? where would you run

If the defense slants to the power side, you could do a couple of things. You could switch to the Belly series which runs away from the WB, begin running Jet plays or Bucksweep Weak. You could then counter back to the WB side or even run Traps away from the slanting D line. The Wing T is designed to do these things as the defense adjusts to the tendencies of the base offense.

@MarcusMurder If they are slanting to the strength then belly seriesor trap, which would probably turn into a log block. If they are slanting to motion then power against the motion.

@coachorr Ive run quite a few schemes against wing t teams. 4-4 stack usually works, 53 can also. Its an easy offense to pick up on (tendencies wise). for instance, base formation sweep series ( sweep,trap,waggle)we take away the outside, so sweep and waggle cant work, trap will gain about 3 yards cause of the stacked lbs. belly series is given away by the motion. its grouped in series, so they have keys to look for. any coach thats been around the wing for awhile will know how to stop it.
