So here is the shortest prelude of them all! This quirky little prelude is the musical equivalent of a thunderbolt in my view. There's the lightning bolt that first appears and then the rumbling of the thunderous aftermath! But it's a PRELUDE so it can be as short as a thunderbolt in my view... But don't discount this one as easy. To achieve the rumbling effect I had a polyrhythm in the two hands: one of the hardest things that can be done on piano! I also used (for the last time I believe) the Chopin Prelude 20 harmonic 12 bar technique. Enjoy... I guess...
