Permethrin lotion is the #1 treatment your doctor will probably recommend. I’m about to do a 3rd treatment in a couple days….it did nothing. What I’ve learned and heard from other people as well, is that some scabie mites have quickly become immune to permethrin. It’s odd that sulphur was not mentioned here. A study comparing 5% permethrin with 10% sulphur said that the sulphur was far more effective. I will be trying a mixture of clove, neem and coconut oils as soon as it arrives. If that doesn’t work, sulphur is definitely next on my list! Good luck and God bless to all of you that are struggling with scabies…..they are so, so hard to get rid of!

none of this stuff works. struggling with this for 3 years now, tried everything. nothing works.

What works best for face? Ive have redness and pain on the face. Trying aloevera and sulphur soap right now but its stubborn.
