ОтветитьHi Adam .. I have had a frozen shoulder following surgery since October 2023. I started these exercises 10 days ago and like you mention in the video, I personally think it’s a matter of adjusting these exercises to what gives you the best relief versus pain. I have found the “whipping circles” tend to irritate the condition, so I have toned those down and am a little less aggressive in all of the exercises. Since that change I am just starting to feel an improvement so very happy so far. Will keep you updated. Keep the good work up.

After MRI I was diagnosed with tendinitis, capsulitis, bursitis, mild arthropathy and cysts. I am 73. Any extra advice from you? You seem to be a very good doctor ❤

I have a question:
My Dr thinks that I probably have impingement syndrome in the left shoulder and told me to search for excercises for the teres minor.
Can I also do these frozen-shoulder-excercises for impingement syndrome? I know they are not exactly the same, so I wanted to ask you which one of your shoulder videos you would recommend for impingement and/or specifically for the teres minor.

ОтветитьThanks you! First session could barely do it. Second magically I could do full motion and much better within 24 hours. Had Frozen Shoulder for 2 months before finding out what it was and needed therapy. Took a week to get into therapy but didn't need it after doing these exercises for the week. My motivator was riding my motorcycle. Agree with Dr Fields we all need a motivator. Even if it is just lifting a beer can to you mouth.

ОтветитьIm 69 had both shoulders frozen, now 8 yrs later more problems but i just can't imagine i could tolerate this kind of exercise.

ОтветитьI have frozen shoulder, did seven physiotherapy visits, as well as acupuncture with no results, I started to follow dr Adam video and believe me it has gotten way better. I have had the frozen shoulder since June 24 2023, I started to follow these videos just four weeks ago and today is October 18th and it’s 85% better.❤❤❤❤love his positive vibes and how easy the exercises are explained. ❤❤
ОтветитьYour mouvements are quite agressive and inaproproates in the freezing stage. Also, there no adhesions in the capsule according to the latest histological studies.

ОтветитьMy shoulder is far too painful and restricted for these exercises at the moment , they all take me into pain, especially any external rotations, but I’m saving this for later thank you. I’m having a cortisone jab soon!

ОтветитьHi, my mums a big fan of your exercises for the frozen shoulder. She's 71 years of age and wanted me to ask you what's the best way/position to sleep in at night as that's when it pains the most and she barely gets any sleep.
ОтветитьI never comment on anything but everything you said and did helped me so much. I cannot thank you enough. This is my second frozen shoulder and moving is helping to give me so much more movement than I had with the first. I'm no longer scared to move it. Thank you!
ОтветитьAdam I went to Chiropractors Deep tissue Massage therapists and no one could figure the “Frozen Shoulder out “ Most said hmm it’s Levator Scap and then others were like oh it’s knots etc one said do a PIR stretch for Levator scap (the only thing that lessened the pain from 10( death ) to a 6 so I could move during the day. But after 6 weeks I noticed some mescle in my arm pit going me hell — it seemed to hold that and the lay in this “it’s still not healed fully” feeling. Then you said go into your arm pit press hard and work that BOOM BAM HOLY SHIT PAIN BUT SOMETHING WORKED— because the numbness in my thumb and first finger lessened and although it was a searing pain to press in there I think this nailed the final part to healing this insane shoulder nightmare so I can hopefully go back to the gym which up until now 2 months I have not been able to.
So thank you for that arm put advice!
Diese Bewegungen kann er auch nur ausführen ,weil er nicht unter einer Frozen Shoulder leidet. Wenn er das hätte und würde diese Bewegungen so ausführen..wären ihm Schmerzen und noch mehr Steife der Schulter die nächsten 3 Tage vorbestimmt.
