I'm not normally a gin drinker but I absolutely love the new ThreeFold Aromatic Gin, especially with grapefruit and Capi Grapefruit soda.
ОтветитьIf you want to try a single serving before making a batch:
2 oz (60ml) Gin
1/2 oz (15ml) Aperol
3/4 oz (22.5ml) simple syrup
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) lemon juice
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) grapefruit juice
1-1/2 oz (45 ml) sparkling wine
Incidentally Steve's specs make 8 servings of the above...
Your voice sounds exactly like Fitz
ОтветитьA mid pour smile? That's new
ОтветитьWhen you prepare some lemon juice some hours before you start doing your cocktails, doesn't it get a bitter flavour? Is there any trick to avoid this from happening?
Congrats!!! Best cocktail channel!
