ОтветитьThank you for another great workout video, Nicole. I rarely do Yoga but lately I'm into stretching and mobility. Tried this one out and my body feel so good. It was even more satisfying because I managed to do the wheel pose (like finally 🥲). I was hesitant because my elbow is still recovering, thanks to the build-up movements and your cues, it was my first smooth wheel pose ❤

ОтветитьOMG im so happy rn! I've always come back to this excercise whenever my body feels so stiff or just wanna feel a good flow BUT today is different! At 10.40 am it's the first time i can do the wheel pose which usually i skipped because its so difficult, but suddenly today my hands felt so strong and i did it!😭🎉🙌AND OMG IT FEELS SO GOOD i wanna cry!! Im so proud of my achievement today, thank you Nicole!😭🥇💪❤️✨️

ОтветитьIt would be nice to do a little wrist stretching in the routine before wheel because that pose is really hard on your wrists. My wrists are messed up from years of cheerleading so they get pained easily, but also its just safer to have a chance to loosen them up first. Just a suggestion. Loved this practice.

ОтветитьThanks again! Bit of an update, have done this sometimes weekly, sometimes every other or even every few - even with that lack of consistency have noticed more toning in my middle, better flexibility, routine getting easier.
