i have an explanation for the child on the moms security camera. TLDR: its just bad camera quality

typically these security cameras will lower their shutter speed in addition to having an infrared light. a lower shutter speed allows more light into the lense. in short, with these two things enabled the camera will have a much easier time seeing in darker environments. however its not perfect, as having a low shutter speed causes moving objects to become blurry. thats what we see some ghosting trails coming off the child as they walk. as for why the kid appears transparent its because of the shutter blurring his body. you can actually try this yourself. if you can adjust the shutter on your phone camera or any camera, try putting it really low and then take a picture as you wave your hand back and forth. you'll notice its a very blurry image and you can actually see through part of your "smeared" hand.

so as usual, reality isnt as interesting as our imaginations but its still fun to have these videos bringing people together.

Our government is keeping this a secret. That's why whenever someone says they experienced paranormal your doctor will give you pills and tell you it was a mental issue.
