You bought a card during peak covid, that was your first mistake. Covid card prices were crazy for everything.
ОтветитьThe guy that sold it to you keeps the money he made to remember to trust his instincts
ОтветитьIt kind of makes me laugh how expensive the sword and shield sets are now, with hindsight. “Chilling Pain”, “Evolving Cries”. There was a funny nickname for fusion strike that I can’t remember. I kick myself for not keeping those ETB’s sealed, because I didn’t get a thing lmao.
Great video though, this was a fun watch!
This card is fake because the borders on the back are light than the center colour. And also, the real cards on the back have glossy and shiny texture but this one has a grainy texture on the back.....!
ОтветитьQuick how to learn from this
ОтветитьI bought a ungraded for 100 an it's near mint I can't see no flaws to be honest
ОтветитьU payed over 1000 dollars for a ungraded card
ОтветитьI love vintage. Not necessarily the Zard, but anything BS, Jungle, or Fossil!
ОтветитьPokemon cards still haven't peeked
ОтветитьAnd now. . .
ОтветитьNo.
ОтветитьWhere’s the “rookie mistake”? That was just being an idiot with no common sense.
ОтветитьWell, charizard is hard to find pristine.
Ответитьdang
ОтветитьAs time passes the value will probably rise again anyway.
ОтветитьCome to Portugal
ОтветитьThat's rule # whatever in all investments! if everyone is talking about it, it's most likely too late. Stay away. Chances are it's gonna take a dip.
ОтветитьWhat a moron.
Ответитьi have 2 original 1999 roll outs.
found 1 in 1999 and was given a replacement (mine was originally stolen) in 2004
never graded any of my cards
should i get them all graded? (all originals from 151 - silver gold series) very little handling mostly protected for all their lives. currently collecting dust 😢
Wow I musta missed that window when a base set Charizard was going for that much
ОтветитьI bought a 1st edition shadowless charizard back in 2000 for $105 from a card shop. Was mint condition. Til i took it out of the sealed glass case and played with it....
ОтветитьIt’s worth $10,000
ОтветитьFOMO applies to many areas in life. Approach every financial decision without rushing.
ОтветитьHow do you not like charizard
Ответить1000 dollar for a life lesson. Great value for money!
ОтветитьI still have my base set holo charizard from when I was a kid… payin 1k for one is PAIN
ОтветитьMy best advice for any new collectors is to always collect the cards YOU want; not what people tell you to buy. I mainly collect gold stars and modern SIRs that interest me. Find a niche and stick in it. If you collect anything and everything you never have a true goal.
ОтветитьHopefully he didn’t sell it. That zard is worth like $30,000.
ОтветитьYour video makes me feel so much better. I'm sorry. Thank you for helping me feel better, though.
ОтветитьPisses me off knowing i had this as a kid and don’t have it now
ОтветитьThat even looks like a 6 to me. Much edge and corner whiteness.
ОтветитьDid you say a couple hundred on grading? I thought it was only 15 bucks, did you send it back like 10 times??
ОтветитьBro soon as your thumb touched it, lost all its value.
ОтветитьThat’s not 1st addition it does not have the stamp
ОтветитьSend it to rocket and see if he can polish it and get it graded higher
ОтветитьTook it like a champ ! 😮😂
Ответитьi would buy that card (graded) for 1700 dollars idc its a 7 atleast
ОтветитьHonestly your even lucky to be graded that 7 I’ve seen so many 5 in good conditions compare to that
ОтветитьStill have time to get treatment for ur addiction.
ОтветитьFor an unlimited version??
ОтветитьThis is why i stick to my reshiram master collection, if i find cards i like that are worth the price sure ill get them too, and maybe an odd booster pack or bundle for fun, but most of my money is for reshiram🤍
ОтветитьIf you don't like it you can give it to me😊
ОтветитьRule of thumb: by the time you see someone post about something, you are already too late.
ОтветитьSee, this shouldn’t be a way of trying to get rich. This is a hobby in a way of spending and utilizing your money in a better way. Some of us are recovering addicts and that’s why we buy Pokémon and with the way it’s going everyone is so greedy it’s disgusting.
ОтветитьHey man, idk if you read all the comments or not, but if you do, I'm here to say something. It's clear there are a ton of rude xbox live twelve-year-olds in this comment section who are ungrateful for you sharing your experience so honestly. Well, ignore them. I see you, and I appreciate you telling it like it is and helping those with an open mind who are just starting out in the hobby, like myself. Thanks, dude, you're the best. ✌️
ОтветитьOnly buy what u really want...then u won't regret what you buy... Research prices before buying... Don't grade something just cause u think it'll make it worth more too... Hope u learned ur lesson then.
Ответить'I don't even like Charizard' I was so close to unsubbing right there lol
*jokes
Better keep it and wait some years
ОтветитьMy buddies got 10 of those in his binder
ОтветитьI have that card from my childhood but it’s pretty beat up 😅 definitely heavily played haha. I would never sell it anyways though
Ответить
