If possible, I would go with a two cabin layout. An owner's cabin and a VIP cabin for those inconvenient times where there are guests onboard.

I can imagine a nice evening dinner, you turn the fans on & dock spiders drop on your meal 😝

This visibility on this yacht is phenomenal. Whether on the main deck or fly bridge, you can almost have a 360-degree view. Ample storage for all of your supplies. It's really a remarkable layout. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Is it the camera angle or do the side windows appear not to be perfectly lined up with each other?

Really nice boat. One concern is what looked like a possibility of tumbling backwards down the hatch that opens up to the flying bridge when you are reaching into the fridge if you are not careful . Is there a gate or something to prevent that? Just seems like there should be. I didn’t care for that setup.

Who stole the ice maker? Or did I just missed it. Hummm

I don’t know about The Hamptons, but that owners suite looks nothing like any Hampton Inn I have been to.

I think if I were designing a proper pilot house, I would have two helm chairs, but the screens and controls would be mounted lower.
In this yacht, there was a single step up, which may well be for head room below. But with the screens so high, you almost need a step ladder to get in the chair.
I really do think the classic trawler wheelhouse was built as a secondary Portuguese bridge, giving that much more protection. Also the captain would normally be standing.
So lower all the controls and screens and have more visibility, along with a lower captain’s and first mates seating.

Yacht 70 footer has a lot to offer. I think if I were lucky enough to own this Yacht, I'd have a minimum of 4 crew plus a Captain. I'm sure the builder could accommodate $$$. If I owned this or any Yacht, why would I want to drive it? I'm there to enjoy myself with my wife and family, and friends. I'd say this yacht was USD 60,000,000.

Great layout. Like you guys, I like the idea of the aft galley. My only question/concern is having the watermaker over the lithium ion batteries. I would be worried about a inevitable leak getting into the/a battery.

I believe the owner's shower is too narrow and long even for 2 people I'd design a more square area with a full bench extra large rain head and 2 extensions. Nice performance and range nice Bahamas to Bermuda yacht!

Very nice semi-displacement vessel! A great option for owner/operator. Nice touches, a beautiful balance between traditional and modern.

Yes this boat does have a Hamptons feel to it. Edgy and new wave they are not.

This is indeed a CE Class A boat, I was very mistaken!. - I consider these the perfect owner op boat. We'll have to see how the pricing is compared to the similar hulled Sirena yachts. However the layouts for the Offshore is second to none, and they have MAN engines. I'll have to visit them at the next boat show. The CE's have two versions with the various lengths. Explorer, and Cruiser. You can have different hull colors as well.
