That's extremely interesting. I looked up Moldavian real estate and the house prices look like what you'd expect 30 years ago anywhere else in Europe for comparable locations and calibres of properties. I think Moldavian real estate is probably a good investment. Honestly, I've been to almost every country in Europe and although I've heard of Moldova I've never actually been there.
