These big tubes are amazing, but man...the iron is what I find the most interesting. In the last few years I've gotten into building tube audio amplifiers and I'd LOVE to be able to get my hands on some iron like what's going to be used here.

I worked at a TV station in high school and college (just as a janitor/production assistant but I hung out with the engineers a lot) and got to help swap tubes and transformers in our transmitters once, super cool shit. These were the days before the digital TV switch, we had probably 4 cabinets similar to this and had to use an engine hoist to move things around.

Never expected ya to work with water cooled tubes. Thought you would've chosen the 4CX35000C/D so you don't need to deal with water. Regardless of that, my childish young adult brain is looking at that tube like the first time I saw a girl naked. Good luck, can't wait to see it
