ОтветитьEvery other fitness channels guides when we should take 1 minute rest or not 🚫 I did the 10 minutes one & this one without rest & while doing it i started feeling a big bone in my lower back like it's about to break 💔 even tho the exercises are great & infective you should say when we should take rest or not. 🤷🏻♂️ Ty 👍🏻 From Mauritius 🇲🇺🙏🏻
