Modular Launch Pads v2 Dev Demo: WIP Strongback Tower #2

Second demo of a furthur developed strongback tower, now with interior piping and drop umbilicals.

I've changed my mind, and will add an alternate animation mode in which the umbilicals can be turned off, the tower brought in closer to a rocket, and then be first partially retracted a few degrees before launch, then fully retracted at launch. This will be manual-activated only, the staging animation via Animated Decouplers will be the single fallback retraction as seen here.
