Do you need to use an anti-fog spray with these?

In our experience the use of anti-fog spray depends more on your swimming conditions than the goggles. For instance, if you're swimming somewhere with high humidity, you're more likely to have to use anti-fog spray than if you're in the desert like us here at Swim2000!

i cut about 2 inches off the rubber strap and used that as my nose piece band.

Although the installation of these goggles seems straightforward I found this video very helpful. There was no instructions on the package when I purchased these. Many thanks for sharing!
