Send Bulk Emails Free with Gmail || Mail Merge Tutorial

0:30 Step 1: Open your browser and go to Google
0:45 Step 2: Search for “Mail Merge”
1:00 Step 3: Click “Create a mail merge with Gmail and Google Sheets”
1:30 Step 4: Scroll down and click “Make a copy”
1:45 Step 5: Click “make a copy” once again
2:00 Step 6: Edit the Google Sheets template by replacing the details. You can remove or add columns according to your preference.
2:30 Step 7: For this demonstration, we’ll be using a temporary email address. To do this, head to your browser and search “Temp Mail”. A temporary email address will be generated once you land on the website.
3:00 Step 8: Copy the email address
3:15 Step 9: Head back to Google Sheets and paste the email address you just copied
3:30 Step 10: Delete unwanted columns. I want to change the description column to subject.
3:45 Step 11: Open Gmail to start composing your email
4:00 Step 12: Click compose
4:15 Step 13: In the recipients area, add two curly brackets, head to Google Sheets, copy the recipients text to ensure everything stays the same. Head back to Gmail, paste the text and add another two curly brackets at the end.
4:45 Step 14: Repeat the same process for the subject area
5:00 Step 15: To further personalize the email, mention the name of the particular recipient that will be receiving each email. To do that, simply repeat the same process.
5:30 Step 16: Once you are done composing your email, go back to Google Sheets and click Mail Merge
5:45 Step 17: Give authorization and allow access
6:00 Step 18: Click mail merge once again, paste the subject line and click OK.
6:30 Conclusion: Once the email is sent, Google Sheets will automatically update the Email Sent column with the time and date the email was sent. Now, let’s go to Temp Mail to see if our email delivered.
