Everbee vs Alura: Which Etsy Keyword Research Tool is Best?

Worst experience ever with Everbee. Unfortunately I didn't see the bad reviews until after I had my own experience and went to leave a review. The chat agent was rude and unhelpful. I ended up subscribing with Erank. When my yearly subscription ends, I will NEVER renew with Everbee. I tried to complain to the management and NO one emailed nor called me back. They want your money don't care about the service their agents provide you.
