When I took a bath during mid jan, there was so much crowd. So now it's obvious. I felt it should be mutual cooperation otherwise it's sensitive. To manage this much crowd is always a high risk. I felt people were doing their things in their own way and that leads to not following rules. Now we see the sad results😢
