I love your video’s Scott, especially on the BBi. I can’t wrap my head around how you keep track of which parts, screws and bolts go where and manage to keep everything organized. Hats off!!

Scott I was going to recommend Barkaways. There the best place to go. Have seen some very very beautiful cars come out of there. I work next door to it... fantastic company. Ian is the best!!!!!

Those gaskets can easily be cut by hand from material. The kits from elring can also be bought cheaply. That place ripped you off, they need a word having with them because that is not acceptable.

Great Video! Don’t paint the concrete floor. Just put some heavy duty pvc tiles like Duramat. I am sure a company like this would sponsor you and you could do a nice video. This transformed my garage.

Thank you for going out your way to save a sleeping beauty. A year or two more and she would be too far gone. She's stunning she's a Ferrari not a ford escort the fact she was left too rott is a disgrace in its self. Great job sir 👍

Great work! Love the series and your work on the other classic Ferraris. I can't be the only one wondering, though, what was the yellow covering on the inside of the valve covers? the heads are also covered in this yellow paint, or covering? The acid bath took it all off and you did not repaint them. Is that an issue?

One advantage of a raw concrete floor is that is absorbs moisture

For dealing with the timber issues. Buy something called 7 star, or an equivalent rot protection product. Its treats for all types. Spray every bit of exposed timber and those around (keep doing until they don't absorb more) as it will migrate if you don't treat everything. If your able to remove the damaged sections, do it. If not If they are spongy use rot hardener and splice new timbers along side. Making sure to overlap the damaged areas by at least 1m each side over the length of the damage. Hope that makes sense and helps. Loving the content. Thanks

A good powdercoater is like finding a good doctor for sure although I have known some shakey handed surgeons. I have done just what you mentioned by rebuilding some vintage espresso machines and using wild color combos. Can't wait to hear the car running again!

I must say, you have better self control than I do since I would not have been able to resist powder coating the cam covers red (even though black is factory). I know it's a nut and bolt restoration, but red would have just made the engine bay pop so hard that I believe the Ferrari community would have given you a pass. Anyway, great to see this build progressing and keep up the awesome work!

Don't reuse the acron nuts. You'll find when you try and torque them down some will be stripped. A box of 100 are cheap and easy to find. Car is lookign great!

These are the unloved Ferrari’s. A 12 cylinder Boxer motor mounted mid engine and behind the driver was a first but it did not have the sexy curves of other models. Prices have remained low so to speak. A full restoration alone will cost more than one in great low mile condition today. Clean it up, make it safe and sound and make it a daily driver. If not, I’ll make you an offer.

Hangups, etc - what ever you want to call them... I honestly don't mind -- I rather enjoyed the painstakingly long and drawn out build process of the Bad Obsession Project Binky Mini. Besides you have other content to fill in in the mean time, so let this project take as long as needed so that your happy with the end result (because THAT is what is truly important). :-)
