Same here
ОтветитьHi I had simmilar issue. When I choose the mode and started taking pictures, my camera started changing modes by it self... it was very anoying and I have send it back to service. after few months it started again. I did not get any reasonable explanation why it is doing it.
ОтветитьSame for me. Had to buy a replacement body from ebay so i could carry on using the NX lenses
ОтветитьSame with nx300
ОтветитьI wish i didst waste my money of this crap camera, it has so many errors, also goes dark after taking a few photos, $600 down the drain with this one, its only 14months old !
ОтветитьSame for me too! Its a waste of money to buy a Samsung camera.
Ответитьsame here >:(
ОтветитьSame problem with NX3000. Seems like Samsung uses really low quality dial encoders >:( , as so many has problems with their NX samsungs. My NX3000 also has problem with that setting dial encoder, really annoying when I'd like to zoom the photo to check if it's sharp.
EDIT: I put some CRC Electronic Cleaner to both dials, don't know how well it reaches the contacts, but it actually helped, for now at least. Now mode isn't jumping around by itself and I can properly zoom in and out my photos, very nice! I have previously put CRC to mode dial, but I did it from below, via battery compartment, but it helped only for a while. Now I put it from outside the camera, right into mode dial's gaps. I hope it's more long lasting fix this time, but at least it's easy to repeat if problems return.
its been 5 years,ay? my camera is having the same problem.
Ответитьhold up...is your camera for left-hand user?
ОтветитьInteresting. The point and shoots have a similar issue WB850F and 350. Must be a Samsung issue.
ОтветитьSwitch camera off and rotate encoders and press buttons many times and fast, this cleans oxidation on terminals and fixes issues temporary.
ОтветитьTake the battery out. Clean with electronic spray cleaner.
