it's been many years since I came away from Death Note thinking Light was written as a flawed genius - so hearing that he found out the Death Note really worked and immediately decided to write down loads of names from Japanese news after school each day (instead of doing extensive research on subjects from all over the world, limiting his activity to every few days or even weeks, and varying his patterns), it finally hit me that he was an idiot this whole time

in fact, impulsively killing Lind L Taylor, both violating his own moral reasoning and giving away his location, seemed like a miscalculation at the time but now makes me hate him

I walked away from this thinking “who would I be if I was unstoppable” and that the real criminal was the camera man. He was there the whole time and never said a word.

Bro I really like your videos but you need to learn how certain words are pronounced. At least a few times in every video you pronounce words just flat out wrong. Like in this one you said the word 'alias'. Its Eh-Lee-Ess, not Uh-Lie-Ess. Im not trying to be mean but with the quality of your video essays being as good as they are you should make sure you know the words being said. Which is wild because you dont mess up ANY Japanese. You even do Japanese names and words correct down to the emphasis of the sylables correctly. Sorry if this is a terrible comment its just driving me a bit mad.
