The code is actually randomized. You have to check each location for the numbers each time you start a playthrough:
●1st number is at the second car
●2nd number is at the first car
●3rd number is behind the "O" door
●4th number is on one of the trees in the forest, where is the gear located
●5th number is in your bedroom, inside your house

Im confused on how you get the key for the O door. how did you get it? looked like you skipped past that part, unless I'm not paying good enough attention.
