Goalcrease: Simple, Effective Goalie Drills

Great drills.I bet this video doesn't do this goalie's skills justice. Kinda hard to play with fluidity when you know the camera is just filming your technique.

@dudette998 Strange comment. How do you track the puck into your equipment without looking down? your head is above the rest of your body, right? every try tracking a golf ball without looking down during your swing?

I like that you guys show him getting scored on and making mistakes. Sometimes it's hard when you watch goalie videos because the goalies are so perfect, but watching him get scored on the same way I get scored on helps me to realize what I do wrong too. Like keeping my blocker low when I slide and stuff

My legs would have been burning

I would love to have someone shooting on me who can put the puck where it needs to be for the drill to be successful.  To many guys love to shoot high and or wide.  I ask them "how many goals have you scored shooting high and or wide?". "None".  My old coach from the day would have them do push-ups.
