i dont understand why my game is fcked i cant paint it in factory color for some reason it can only paint in current color for some reason cause this game is fcking shit

How do you tune the car by 10%-15%

I couldn’t figure it out so I rebuilt and put all performance parts on the engine that I could my tune is at 48%…won’t let me complete the job cuz I over tuned it 😢😂 now I have to rebuild the engine again with minimal tuned parts 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
