I looked at a lot of evening EFT videos but I couldn't find one that was actually about the evening. They all focus on the day gone by or the night to come. An interesting avoidance. The closest I came to what I was looking for was Brad's short on endings which referred to the sunset.

That last exhale for me was such a change from where I started with this video. I had a very very involved day - got dysregulated when I realized I was late for a job interview/tryout, and taught a class with some very difficult students who were talking over me the entire class (and I was not in a position to tell them to be quiet as they were alzheimers patients), then faced rush hour traffic on my way to the remainder of my errands. So although I presented as calm, a lot of this was just hanging in my cells. This tapping session helped me release that tension, conflict, and shock so I can get the rest I need to have a better tomorrow. Much appreciated.

You look like you're just back from being out on the the tear aka night on the tiles which included theatre, a dinner dance, followed by a speakeasy, tap dancing on tables til dawn and god only knows what else the next day. hehe. I think it must be the untied bow tie that made me write all that :)

Ahh yes this is a true classic!! i remember couple of years back barely learning about EFT I stumbled upon this channel and watched this video every night i went to sleep because i was afraid to go to sleep. Still today I use EFT and I honestly have to say it thanks to you brad. It has changed my life and I know for many more years to come ill still be tappin to your videos !! :)
