Do you believe chess should speak for itself? Or would it be better for it to get a lawyer instead?
ОтветитьI used to despise gambit deniers. Now I love them.
ОтветитьAmazing video! You did a great job at getting me all hyped up in the beginning lol
ОтветитьWow the ending is great
Ответитьmr graif would you recommend me playing this in a 10 min game in a tournament coming next week?
ОтветитьThis completes my repertoire, going to start playing this OTB
ОтветитьPeople are already gifting me free bishops on the kingside with opposite castling out of this opening. Nice stuff
ОтветитьIs there a full lichess study or just one line available? Awesome video, I was going to give up on BBG because "everyone" always denies it and I didn't know how to punish it...but I think I'm back :-)
ОтветитьWilliam, this is amazing.
I think I might have asked you before, but I would love to see you play The Kings Gambit with how you play.
You would be able to get so many Brutal Mayhem Attacks.
I just had a Game where I sacrificed 7 times! ha.
Love your Busch-Gass gambit prep! Makes me excited to play black again if I don't get a Stafford. One thing I've found is that white opponents will just castle long upon seeing your invitations to gambit pawns in the centre, so I've started playing Ng4 on move 4, pretty much forcing them to castle, which also has the added benefit of enticing them to play h3 and then pin the knight when it moves back, which then launches straight into a beautiful kingside pawn attack using h3 as a hook. Would be interested to know what you think of the lines that arrive out of this, I've had many successes, and it's a much more forcing line for all those deniers.
ОтветитьWilliam, your enthusiasm is infectious, but at the 37.48 mark did you miss white queen captures knight on f6?
ОтветитьNice… it blows my mind what good moves like to different level players
ОтветитьCan you do a video on how to play the king's gambit bishop's gambit?
Ответить😂 go William
ОтветитьWhat is the recommendation here? This is so unbelievably convoluted. What level player is this entire video intended for? GMs? "We've played *unprincipled*"?? Good Lord, how is your typical competitive recreational player supposed to remember this mess?
ОтветитьI find many opponents moving 3. Bc4 then 4. Nf3. How should you continue in these situations?
ОтветитьBusch gass gambit: the gambit that can go to traxler, stafford, or it's own opening. the best opening for black after 2.Nf3
ОтветитьThat GM you beat in 7 moves was Etienne Bacrot! Amazing
ОтветитьWhy I don't study openings - opponent refuses to take pawn.
ОтветитьMuy buenas lineas.gracias FM William.Saludos.
ОтветитьNoOooOoo0Ooo dude, you "killed" Etienne Bacrot ( Baki83 ) with this gambit ? No way !
He is one of the best french players. He became a GM at 14 years old and is strong as hell.
Gambits are tricky. ( but somehow I can't make them work for me ).
Whats your favorite gambit to play as white?
ОтветитьGood pacing, very valuable information
