Curious as to the ease / difficulty of servicing these when problems arise. Don't you have to remove the wall?

All internal parts are easily accessed behind the flush plate. Flush plate clips into place, so its simple to remove and replace when servicing the internal mechanisms.

If only it were that easy!!!
