Aliens are Pieces of Wind - Aline's étoile magique x Good Job Hi Five

‘Aliens are Pieces of Wind’ is an evocative sonic narrative with lush soundscapes and a powerful metaphor. On the surface, its title may lead us into thinking about the physicality of what aliens might be - are they shapeless, figures beyond the possibilities of our imagination, or do they truly possess faces as depicted in the media?
The deeper message is a definitive call to action for humanity: We must be protectors of the environment, pivoting away from our catastrophic disregard for its vitality, and leaving it for the future generations, enlivened. Without changing course, we will become aliens to our story, losing the ground which unites us.

Aliens are Pieces of Wind, off of the album éclipse (2024, Elastic Recordings) by Aline's étoile magique. This video breathes new life into the music, as a whole new world opens up - in a production by Good Job Hi Five:
