Make the gold farm then use the your game statistics to show where a plain nether biome is and build with netherake there, then wait for a pigeon to spawn, grab the gold nuggets and make them into gold, train until you get enough iron nuggets to make a iron bar, make your flint and steel and get out

use the fire ball from the gast tight portal

If you can get a piglin to spawn u might be able to trade for some iron nuggets or some iron armor. If u get enough iron armor u could smelt it into nuggets and use those to craft an iron ingot saving ur world. Trust I was in that situation a little bit ago and this is exactly how I got out of it. 🫡👍
