Ma'am, 202 ke provid d ke according to magistrate does not require to example ne public servant .....but 202 ke according as per you, provided says investigation cannot be directed if complaint other than court ( public servant or private person) is not examined by the magistrate under sec 202....y kuch contradictory nai h kya...plz explain
