Let me stop her right there. She didnt come out the back door. In the police footage, the step dad claims she went out the back but the cop said it was locked and she couldnt have gone out that way.

As much as the prosecutor is trying to say that Carly is too young to smoke marijuana or talk on-line, or have a vape pen, most kids nowadays have all of that. The question I have of the prosecutors is the whole thing wouldn’t have happened if the parents didn’t keep loaded guns under their mattress. You are supposed to, as an adult, always keep guns in a gun cabinet, unloaded. You’re also supposed to hide and lock up all ammunition separate from the guns. I’m pretty sure that’s the law.
