I bought some to try and the quality is amazing. The beef is sourced from regenerative farms that Paul trusts, and while there is still some gamey taste, it is great overall for an organs/beef stick.

However, given its high price, I would only order these going forward if I have travel plans lined up. While I’m home, it obviously makes more sense financially to just walk to my local butcher shop for organ meats.
