THE X-plane DA-40? Aircraft Review!

I agree - MSFS stuff isn't quite ready for training or simming IMO. I can't see paying $34.95 (Feb 2021) for this DA40 aircraft. It looks like a XP9 version. STMA oughta be ashamed charging so much. I guess my bar is higher, but if I were a PPL student flying this model I might feel compelled to pay ~$35 for it. I do fly the STMA PC-12 and I enjoy it more than the Carenado version. I believe STMA could double their revenues and residuals if there were to re-texture their planes and add FMod sounds. But hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Glad you're enjoying it.

Come on STMA, it really is about time you seriously improved your modelling and texturing. $35 for an aircraft that visually looks like freeware. No matter how well it flies, it just doesn't cut it at that price.
