Hello Harman, I have a question for you. I was associated with an MNC company as a Software Engineer. I was on bench for almost 1.5yr i. e right from the beginning I did not get any project. Do you think I can still add this as my experience in my resumes?? Or do I join some other company as a fresher?? Will it be easy for me to switch from IT to non-IT jobs given the circumstances??? Please guide if u have knowledge about such cases
