Meizu Pro 6 Plus Review - Insane Value Smartphone 2018!

Using this phone in 2019. Great hardware. Awesome super amoled screen quality. Good camera, audio and battery. But... But flyme is terrible. All flyme os versions for this phone are shits. A lot of bugs. No Playstore installed, pain in the ass to install playstore. GPS... is terrible, a shit too. Do not buy this phone, terrible GPS and flyme os.

It's gonna be updated to Flyme 7!!!! Yay! It is an excellent device, especially if you can pick one up for GBP 150, which I managed to do about 3 months ago. Alas it has gone up in price since then, now it is around GBP 195!

Glad you mentioned the hifi dac.

A quite good Phone, bought it for 190 €, BUT there are important blemish in daily use: batterylife, without gaming! max . 5 h DOT and bad standby: lost 5-7% battery life over night.

"Making the phone look outdated." Oh piss off, nothing can compare to the great feeling of pressing a physical home button.

The Meizu Pro 6 Plus (global model which is now often in flash deals for around 180€) has received 3 days back the official Global Flyme 7 update wich is based now on the Android 7.0. I have installed the update and so far so good!

Back then meizu release phones with only one os with no update cause meizu and google dont go along idont know if there relation is good now so expect when you buy older phones with meizu it will have no update except if u do a custom rom

Nice review! I like these older phone/budget reviews! Now please test the Nuu Mobile G3. Same price but a bit newer specs.

Personally I like the "home" button. Just a personal preference. I also have a bit of disdain for Facial Identifications...I prefer fingerprint scanners...

People pay way to much for the latest and greatest. 2 years ago this was a flagship and still is very capable for about everything you throw at it. €168,00 is just a bargain.

many says that they get 4 hours screen on time...the screen is 2K amoled display which they consumed a lot of battery
