I like your thoughts behind how to fish the venue especially as it was your 1st time. Feeder lines looked OK but interesting you quickly started to consider maybe at some stage to come even closer. I definitely would have had a Pole with me just because it covers that inside line, (which it proved where the better fish were). The good thing is that you have 5 more matches to go without to much damage having been done. Good luck with the next one. Cheers
