The star, Peter Gilmore was in a great British series, "The Onedin Line" that used as its theme music, "Spartacus Suite".
He did 91 episodes about a seaman who develops his own shipping line using the newest steam ships.
Might sound dull but it was anything but that.
This is my first time seeing this movie.

Wow, how did I miss the jewel of a movie! It's very well done for its time. It should be a classic in its own right! 👍 After watching the movie, I was intrigued to notice the "attention to detail", as Delphie was putting buckets of cold water on those cannons to cool them off, other aspects of this motion picture had decent real time effects/reactions. Despite the obvious budget was supringly well from strt to finish.
