If I had a job like this I would get a separate cell phone just for them and shut it off whenever I went on vacation that way I would make sure they couldn't reach me. I've also had a job where I got in trouble for going out of town on my days off for a family function the first supervisor chewed me out and said if the other one was to call me I had better answer so he could chew me out
