This video was a while ago, but I just needed to use it and realized something. When you spawn a dino with the GMSummon Command, whatever level you actually type in will be the untamed level. THEN, when it automatically tames, it will tame it at a Perfect Tame, meaning it gains 50% of its levels. That explains why your Rex was entered as a lvl 10,000, but spawned in as 15,000.
