Zabriskie Point - Final Scene Restored by MQR

November 15, 1969 - Pink Floyd went to Roma to work on the Zabriskie Point Soundtrack. Their work together with the extraordinary visual art of Michelangelo Antonioni gave life to the famous Final Scene of the movie

I remember the launch of this film. The G.B. critics panned it to a large extent. They were totally wrong, most are dead now anyway. It and the music are works of genius. Along with its family, Blow-up, and The Passenger. Many thanks.

Is that a sunrise or a sunset? Unable to detect any movement of the sun...? What you decide determines the meaning of the film i guess...the Director would not want it any other way...right? The exlosion and smithereens is how i felt when i changed my name...I used very few of the flotsum for the new self...Maybe i used more than i think...

A masterpiece restored for the world to share! All I can say is congratulations and thank you, as a Pink Floyd admirer since the early days. I went to the Death Valley twice in homage, among others, to that wondrous love scene in Zabriskie Point. A magical place and a perfect location for a movie that still speaks so eloquent about our changing world ….

I never saw this film when it came out. I was too busy with my college theater experience and my physics & math courses and friends, and…..
