Do we need to purchase a master password Cummins to run ECM RECALIBRATION?? I have FC 3714 and only way to get that code to go inactive is to run recalibration. Help??

Hey Brother I hope all has been well.... I have a 2021 freightliner cascadia automated Eaton trans with a cummins x15... ecm light has been on and truck progress through gears really slow. Would you think a ecm could possibly resolve issue? Also I'm in Atlanta... where are you located.... you really know your shit. Very cool

I'm a one man shop working for a town fire department. I've used Insite for a long time and never had the nerve to reprogram an ECM since it's not really as easy as Ford. Thanks for the step by step, I just recalled an L9 that had been giving codes that a TSB said an update would fix. You're the best!

Is there any way for the average Joe (not a certified dealership technician) to get their hands on this equipment/software? I hear they hold it pretty close to their chest and charge an arm/leg for it.

Specifically, I'm interested in changing a few of the features on my truck -- all tied into the ECM, obviously. But would rather have the software/equipment to do it myself instead of pay hundreds of dollars to a dealer every time I want to change something.

Part # comes up but it says "INSITE could not detect calibration for the selected part " wth?

I'm having fault codes for both intake and outlet NOx sensors, relays and fuses are ok but the comluter it's telling me that ECM is not getting the return signal, I've tested it with a new sensor but still showing the fault codes. If anyone can help me out with that I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.

How do you get from clicking on the ecm number to "Open everything up"? You clock on the ecm number and the window opens up then it looks like you edited something because next the whole page is full?

If u do the update to a truck that has been deleted will this update will undelete and set everything back to what use to be from factory
