The state agency that oversees Oklahoma's Medicaid program is facing a 191-million dollar budget shortfall with 47-million of that coming in a budget cut from state government. State lawmakers are focused on reforms to find cost savings but none of the current proposals could be enacted quick enough to make up for the expected financial crisis.
