2019 Catherine Lewis Eli

A video featuring the life of Catherine Lewis. For 17 years, the students of Central Lyon Middle School in Rock Rapids, Iowa have been researching and presenting the biography of a person special to them. Please enjoy their hard work. This project is a combination of Technology Education 8 and Social Studies 8. The biography project includes a written biography, a presentation in Central Lyon's auditorium and a mentoring partnership with our high school English Composition class. This year the students had over 200 guests during the week of presentations. The value of this project is simply priceless.
