i will say i usually dont like signature guitars and they take away from individualism in peoples performance not only that but usually surprisingly ugly. I also am not a fan of polyphia they have a very synthetic feel im not a fan of but that acoustic boutta make me bust

The whole nylon or acoustic that plays like an electric really isn’t anything new. The Chet Atkins models have been around forever, and they are also amazing guitars. Now I have NO idea what the price point on the Ibanez is compared to say a Chet on the used market, but it might be worth looking into if you can’t get one if it’s THAT backordered. You know, speaking of Tim, he must have gotten the absolute greatest revenge on his college instructor big time. If y’all don’t know this story, he was kicked out of his college guitar course the very first day because he couldn’t draw a scale on the whiteboard in the front. 😂

Nope, sorry, not interested in paying for someone's name on my guitar when I can get one that plays and sounds almost identical for hundreds of dollars less. I'd buy a Fender Jazz bass and save the money on a Geddy Lee jazz bass cause they're basically identical basses. You're mostly paying for the name of the artist on signature axes. Hard pass.
