I was with you till the shower. RIDICULOUS!
ОтветитьI like this one
Ответитьcan you address which states in the US will allow prefab homes?
ОтветитьThose making comments about the price, where do you live? I can't afford it either, but I don't need it, and my 1000 sq ft 1963 home would cost between 600,000 and 675,00.
ОтветитьNo thanks on the shower!
ОтветитьB.C? Bring that to Georgia and sell a ton!
ОтветитьTen years ago, I built a 200 s.f. cabin with half bath, outdoor shower, covered porch, electrical hook up, and cesspool for only $35k. Included all high end finishes: granite, cedar walls & ceiling, thick pine flooring, metal roof, dark cedar posts for porch roof, solid wood interior door, built in alder kitchen cabinets and storage, and hardy board & baton exterior siding.
Ответить$357/sq foot . lmao, 1/4 mil for a 700/sq ft home, what a deal. how much are they paying you for the infomercial?? prick
Ответитьlol, the most watch part is somebody's sweatshirt making a camio.
ОтветитьThat’s outrageously expensive, cut back on the sliders and that window in the bedroom you could save a substantial amount of money.
ОтветитьAwesome well thought out.thank you 😊
ОтветитьI've been exploring modular homes in the region where I purchased land (SW Florida), and it's necessary to consult with a salesperson to obtain any initial pricing. Although I won't disclose the company's name, they have several sales centers that serve my area. I was interested in getting a base price for a specific model, but all three locations discouraged me from it and instead directed me to their current models on display. The reason for this wasn't clear to me, but I insisted on the model I wanted. Since this model would be manufactured at the same factory, the delivery distance would be identical for all three offices. Surprisingly, I received three varying quotes, ranging from $285k to $350k, and that's before adding any options. Ultimately, I opted for a custom build, which cost me $573,000. Indeed, it was more expensive, but if I'm nearing $400k for a prefab home, I prefer to invest more to get precisely what I desire.
ОтветитьI find the house too bare and cold. Nothing comfy about it. Grossly over priced.
ОтветитьSo, the structure itself is a quarter million?
ОтветитьStorage 👮🏾♂️ 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьBeautiful place but price is too high for 700 sq.ft.
ОтветитьHard for Mom to watch the game while she's working in the kitchen.
ОтветитьThe house is pretty. Just not for me. Too many windows. I am not sold on the shower either. It is a nice place to visit, but I would not buy it. I am in the market to buy. Nice video.
ОтветитьThank you for the tour. It's surprisingly affordable for a home as complete as it is. I'm not a storage nerd, but insulation is important to me. Please include numbers for the ceiling and wall insulation-- which I could not find listed on their website.
ОтветитьGreat house, terrible price
ОтветитьFor the price? Big pass....
Ответить248k lmfao
ОтветитьExcuse me, $280,000 USD!
ОтветитьThat is extremely extremely expensive!!!
ОтветитьHOW MUCH IS IT
ОтветитьNice! I like this one!
ОтветитьInsanity
Ответить❤the lot...but $249k+ for 700 Sq ft is absurd at very best. Also I would expect full size kitchen appliances and about 700 more Sq ft.
ОтветитьThank goodness for light interiors
ОтветитьKerry, great way to do an ad for the Rain Stick! I'm actually intrigued, rather than turned off as I am from mostly all other YT ads. Hopefully, you can continue to find good products that fit your niche.
ОтветитьHi,
I just saw your video; I'm always looking for small prefabs for ADUs ... Question: that gas "fireplace"; who manufactures that?
Insane price but cool tour, thx!
ОтветитьLots of glass is popular in modern cabins and personally im not a huge fan. Less efficient and less privacy or a ton of shades. Lots of cleaning too. Those windows will get dirty fast.
ОтветитьI doubt there is a shortage of water in BC. I'd opt for conventional and save some $$.
I'd also opt for a different house and save $100K. Or more.
You can build a 1.4k-2k sq ft home for that price
ОтветитьIt just does not make sense for a prefab home to cost that much. The industry needs a disrupted to show how to do it economically.
ОтветитьPlease advocate for cabins4christ for Appalachia emergency homes!
Ответитьnot worth it
ОтветитьTheir website says this model is 280k. That’s absolutely insane for a 700 square foot house.
ОтветитьOMG!
USD $280,000.00!!!!
Imagine waking up at night to see a set of eye balls looking at you 😂
ОтветитьHalf of the storage is TOO HIGH! Would require step stools, a no, no for seniors. The stacked dryer is UN -Reachable!
Also for winter climates, too much glass to be cost & who is going to clean all that glass?
Great house for southern climes, not so much for the blizzard zone.
