May I ask which platform do you use to buy and hold ETFs. I found investengine to be unreliable. It only buys etfs once a day meaning I am buying the ETFs at unknown price and also it doesn't offer live price updates

Is it ever possible to become a Millionaire in UK, or Europe, when most of the stocks and ETFs are not paying any dividend, and the total returns are so low, compared to the US markets?

Alworld index has too many duds, and it's 🐌in returns.

Be careful getting in on the latest hot sector or ETF. 5 year performance is a blip on the map compared to anyone’s investing timeframe.

I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, 25% SCHG, and my Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to grow $550k into $1m+ before retirement in 3 years

Are you genuinely suggesting people should consider switching out of an All World fund to buy one of these etfs because of short-term performance data?

I think thematic etfs are crazy risk and in my view its not worth the risk-reward. I do however have "iShares S&P 500 Information Technology Sector UCITS ETF USD (Acc)" and think of holding it but not increasing its exposure more than 10%.

These ETFs have been carried by mag7 and the stellar performance of NVIDIA.

I do not think they can sustain the same returns.

But they might still beat the s&p500 but at lower numbers.

I really wish i started in my 20s. In my 40s and only 2 months into my investment plan. Loving it, but I am going all in weekly trying to play catch up.
