These are some of the beautiful places of the country, but there are many more, I dare say, some of them are prettier than the ones shown here, and they are not so touristy, which is very good and I wish they remain that way.

A couple of other things to watch out for is the Brazilian wandering spider and the fer de lance snake!!!!!

I lived in the mountains above Dominical from 2002-2008....boy have i got stories....great place to visit for nature stuff or surfing....but forget about living or retiring there....the national motto is Costa Rica We Make Easy Hard...Costa Ricians may seem friendly those are the ones playing the Long Con....i lived way out in the mountains with campansinos who were cool but in the cities and beach towns you are on the menu......and FBI agent in Panama once told me there are 2 kinds of people in CR...the Caught and the UnCaught...expats who live there are as and even more hustling to get at anything you got.....great place for nature vacation or surfing or cheap cocaine and hookers....if you got common sense and money.....dont bring anything you dont want stolen ..theft is a sport...dont get roofied..or think anyone is being friendly or helping for no reason....great waterfalls and whitewater rafting and hot springs and beaches and waves....

Half of this country land belongs to Nicaragua 100 years ago ..

Our world has beauty anywhere and everywhere, it's just that the Unites States foreign policies have fucked our world, but it's soon going to burn...

After visiting last year I was so disappointed on the lack of different vegetables, common goods and so many monopolies. The. Pura Vida ideology is a psyop, the average worker gets paid $4-6 a hour, so long hours they have to serve to make a living. Also your forced to obey there rules, so Freedom is not achieved. I do love its sticky, sweaty environment as it reminds me of Missouri in the summer.

DONT GO if its a HOT TIME of YEAR folks .I did and it was as hot as hell there it caused fights and going to the room JUST to get cooled oFF using the AC not to mention they got 2 Main roads there and no one goes over 40 MPH EVER!

Well, this video is proof that our country is "green" throughout, even in cities. Thanks for such nice footage.

I really like the videos, as they are well made and showcase my beautiful country’s wonderful sites. There is however a detail in the video that really upsets me. The narrator’s pronunciation of the proper names of places, rivers or towns, is confusing, as he uses English phonetics and that really changes the meaning of the word. The people can get confused hearing these words that way and once they come here, it can be really embarrassing for them and offensive for the locals. I suggest the narrator try to learn the correct pronunciation. It isn’t hard.
A couple of examples:
You say “Jaco” we hear “Yaco”
You say “Guanacaste” we hear “Huanacast”
You say “Santa Teresa” we hear “Santa Tirisa”
And so on.

Why ruin the video with an AI voice?
