I think you forgot to include that yujiro would not be able to escape sukuna's domain. Sukuna can close a barrier of his domain. He did mention it while fighting with gojo and we even seen it happen with his incomplete domain expansion +he doesn't really have to touch yujiro to use cleave. There is spiderweb, extension of his cleave

Despite the bombardment feat, i do think Malevolent Shrine is a wincon. Even if Yujiro is fast enough, he's not making it outside of that domain unscathed and then for three minutes is basically unable to approach Sukuna if he even makes it out of there. It'd be like trying to walk through a dense bush without touching a single leaf or branch.

Similarly, i have no clue what there would be TO counter with Sukuna's techniques. It's honestly kinda elegant how simple his techniques are to the point that multiple people in the series comprehend what his technique is and still found themselves pressed by it (sure this was USUALLY because of a stat gap, but like... fundamentally what is there to counter about Dismantle or Cleave). Understanding what's going on is useful, yes, but it's still normal fight logic- dont let the four armed demon man touch you and sometimes when he points towards you, things get funky. That's just how simple his technique is.

Plus I'm not too sure if Yujiro COULD find a weakness on Sukuna. Kashimo examined Sukuna wholly and described him as essentially perfect. He had all weaknesses covered in his form and those arms are pretty damn good in hand to hand. Like in theory if their strengths are comparable, Sukuna could grapple Yujiro, chant, and World Cutting Slash point blank range. I dont think it could work, but it's an option.

And if we're talking bloodlusted we all know Sukuna is the Binding Vow Merchant. He's a frequent spender at the Binding Vow Bargain Store. He'd asspull something to make a move work more than it rightfully should.

I do think the matchup is close, but i think it's more of a coin flip than anything. It really depends on how fast Yujiro can crush Sukuna's skull or how long Yujiro can survive basically 21 minutes of Doman Expansion: Dodge This.

Y'know, this actually makes me feel bad for Baki. How Tf is he supposed to beat his dad? He's just too bs to deal with. If someone dropped a nuke on Yujiro, I'm sure he'd be fine. He'd be like Gamera after the legion plant exploded in G2. He'd be injured and in a coma. Give him a week tho, and he's fine. He'd just pee and crap out all the radiation. He probably flexed his muscles to the point he was barely even hurt by the blast. Not even radiation could get through them either, they're like super concrete

I think sukuna is one of the few characters with higher movement speed than combat speed. He keeps up with gojos movement speed but he gets embarrassed by gojo with pure hands while fighting with agito and mahoraga so a thing to note his his combat speed scales massively below his movement speed.

This was exceptionally done. Full disclosure, I’m a mega Baki fan, but this is a very close fight in my opinion and if you had come to the opposite conclusion as you did, I would’ve respected it and understood. That said, I’ve seen few people use Yujiro in these kinds of “What If” battles and so perfectly and completely encapsulate all of his different powers and abilities. Some right things off as inconsistent outliers, some don’t address key abilities he has, but this was very well researched and explained! Also for Sukuna as well, but being that his publications history and fights in his manga as well as his different powers are fewer than Yujiro’s, that’s more expected. Great job, subscribing and looking forward to more content!

I think in terms of battle IQ Sukuna being much older should have been mentioned. Having seen a much wider variety of enemies is never overstated.

Sukuna has far better lethality when it comes to the fight especially giving the fact that he’d be bloodlusted meaning he wouldn’t hold back and completely kill Yujiro.
